Karita attended Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Services on a merit and dean scholarship for four consecutive years. She graduated with a bachelors degree in Pre-Medical and Health Sciences. Being in the prime medical hub in Boston, Karita was able to gain experience at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Hospital and Boston’s Children’s Hospital. After discovering Vision Therapy, Karita trained with Dr. StephenBaker and The College of Optometrist in Vision Development, where she is now a memeber.
Karita was born in Brazil but grew up in Central Massachusetts. She enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling. She has a husband and a cat that acts like a dog.
Courtney graduated from Carthage Central High School in 2011 where she graduated with high honors. After high school, she studied at JCC. From there, Courtney became a CNA. It was then that she realized that she loved the medical field. Courtney decided she wanted a slight change, so she became and opthamology technician where she worked as a technician for two years. Thanks to her strong interest in eyes, Courtney decided to further her education in eyes and became a Vision Therapist. Courtney trained with Dr.Stephen Baker and the College of Optometrists where she is now a member.
Courtney is a native of Nortjern New York and has a husband, and a 3 month old daughter, Kinslee, along with two dog. She loves the outdoors and being adventurous. She has a strong passion for working with kids and eyes. We look forward to meeting with you for all your vision therapy needs.
